Really fun ambiance and atmosphere here! Lots of space and tables so it was a quick wait for three people. We got a table top where we could cook our food ourselves. Portion sizes were plentiful and it was delicious. I also enjoyed a cocktail in a light up capri sun bag, which was fun. I definitely had to be rolled away after that all you can eat style dinner. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place!
We ordered the Premium menu- $20 more than Dinner price- but it's worth it! Wagyu beef!!! We kept ordering that all night!! If u can try it once, do it! I don't know why we haven't tried it from all the times we have eaten there. You won't regret it!!
A buddy and I were starving after working some extra hours. It was an odd hour for lunch and we walked in about 2:00 pm expecting the place to be empty. It wasn't. Lots of people trying to get in before the lunch hour price turns into dinner. We paid $20 each for AYCE bbq which is insane in the SF Bay Area. Boy how jaded we have become. It was great. We probably ordered 6 or 7 rounds, and our waitress was very nice to us and happy to get us more food. She even suggested that she could split the orders so we could try different cuts of meat. All the meats we got were great, no complaints. But my favorite is probably their original steak. Don't overcook, it only needs a few minutes. In the end, my buddy and I left very satisfied and did not feel we got taken for. In fact, we almost felt that we took advantage. Keep it up GEN, we'll definitely be back for more!
So this was an example of amazing ADA experience! The spacing, the facilities, the staff, all excellent! We took our friends to KBBQ for the first time, and they had a great time! We had two wheelchair users with us, my beautiful wife and one of our friends. They were very accommodating, kind, and helpful! Thank you for making this experience so special. Bravo to Gen KBBQ, and their amazing staff. The food was great too! Overall: 20/10 Service: Excellent ADA: Priceless
